It does what its supposed to do

Youll pay $1.99 for full access, but I liked the interface enough to buy it.
I initially had some problems with it, and contacted the app designer. He was more than willing to offer a refund. However, I really did not want a refund because out of all the pill reminder apps, I personally like this one the best. He helped me get the app back up and running like I wanted it too.
